RME has a comprehensive safety and training program which ensures all employees are receiving extensive instruction for the many different classifications that exist in the high voltage electrical utility field. Our OSHA certified safety and training Director ensures that all training guidelines are carefully implemented and skillfully managed, so that each RME employee is at the top of the industry’s performance levels. No matter what the scope of a RME project, safety is always number one. We require and ensure that our employees have the following certifications and training:
GENERAL CERTIFICATIONS:
• Completion of first aid certification
• Completion of CPR certification
• Completion of, or enrollment in, an accredited apprentice program for all Journeyman and Apprentice classifications
• Attendance at daily, weekly and monthly safety meetings
• Site-specific training
